Malling Health aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.

In the first instance please complete the Feedback and Complaints triage or contact the practice manager by telephoning 020 8312 8700.

If the complaint is not resolved at practice level, then the matter can be forwarded onto NHS England for them to look into and deal with. More information can be found on the “How do I feedback or make a complaint about an NHS service” page on the NHS England website.
